ABNEY ROAD CEMETERY

Abney Road Cemetery is in London's north east borough of Hackney. Notorious for gay cruising, local boozers and film locations. Amy Winehouse shot her Back To Black music clip and metal band Cradle of Filth. Established in 1840, Abney Park was also a Quaker College for Girls, although this lost exclusive use of attractive grounds in the eastern part of Abney Park on formation of the cemetery, leaving only the school house (Fleetwood House) and a small garden for the private use of the students.

FOLSOM BERLIN 2010

Since 2004, Folsom Street Fair has taken place on the first week of September in Berlin, originating in San Francisco in '84. A meeting point for the international leather + fetish scene, innocent bystanders or the curious first timers. Several 'official' parties, workshops, demonstrations and information on just about everything.
